Web Developer

Hi we are Ten four agency on the Goldcoast

Key Responsibilities: - Solid understanding of PHP, React.js, Javascript Shopify (Liquid or Hydrogen-React), GraphQL and WordPress. - Implement front-end features with jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and SASS. - Comfortable using third-party services such as Zapier, ActiveCampaign, and Mailchimp. - Develop and maintain web APIs for seamless data exchange between systems. - Strong core skills allowing you to develop responsive and mobile-friendly UI components with a focus on mobile-first applications. - Sound Knowledge of UX/UI design principles to enhance user engagement and experience. - Solve complex web development challenges using best practice principles. - Ensure responsive design, browser compatibility, and accessibility across all projects. - Familiarity with Agile methodology and practices. - Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. - Approach and solve problems with a positive mindset, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment. - Collaborate closely with graphic designers and fellow developers to ensure cohesive integration of design elements and seamless teamwork throughout the development process. - Good communication skills – both verbal and written. - Experience working in high-workload environments with competing priorities. Preferred (but not necessary) Skills - Proficiency with Gatsby.js - Proficiency with Google Tag Manager and Analytics for custom event tracking and performance monitoring. - Comfortable working with APIs and possessing a sound understanding of the complete software development lifecycle, including coding, infrastructure, and deployment. - Create HTML5 applications for front-end development and EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) campaigns using ActiveCampaign. - Knowledge of LESS, SASS, SCSS, or TailwindCSS. - Experience with project management tools like ClickUp. Nice to have - Experience with responsive development techniques cross-platform and cross-browser compatible, including accessibility compliance - Experience developing for CMS-based websites. - Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing work requirements. - Ability to work in a close team environment/experience in a digital agency.
